Thanks guys that means alot ive missed you all to!! How has everyone been? Hey, hun!! I've been fine, apart from my little brush with the law and my sister losing her baby. Neither of those were especially good times in my life, but apart from that, I've been OK. So how about you? Been doing anything interesting???

Aww Jo I'm sorry about your sister! The same thing happened to my neighbor and it was very devastating! What happened with your brush with the law are you ok?

Aww Jo I'm sorry about your sister! The same thing happened to my neighbor and it was very devastating! What happened with your brush with the law are you ok? Thanks, hun! And my brush with the law? Well, when I was home over the summer, I went for a "girls-only" meal with my BFFs, Cricket and Diana. Afterwards, I was driving home from the restaurant when I got stopped by the police for a broken tail-light. I'd had a couple of glasses of wine with the meal, and because he could smell alcohol on my breath, he tested me, and I failed (even though it had only been two glasses...). So he arrested me for DUI, and I had to spend a night in the cells waiting for my mom and dad to come and bail me out. After that, it all went to court, and I ended up getting a six-month ban, a $2,700 fine, mandatory attendance at the same sort of classes Mischa had to do, and three years of unsupervised probation. So it wasn't anything REALLY serious, but I could have done without it!! If you want the full story, there's an entire thread about it here: mischaforums.proboards50.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=635&page=1

Oh hun I'm really sorry about that!! Well atleast it wasn't an entirely bad sentence! But the night in the cells must have been dreadful It wasn't the best night I've had, hun - I spent a lot of it crying!! But the worst bit was when he handcuffed me - I really was in shock then, and it felt so unreal. And the same when they were booking me and I had to stand there and have my picture taken. In the morning, I was just so glad to see my mom, dad and b/f when they came to pick me up - And they were all so great about it, because they knew it wasn't something I'd done deliberately and that I'd have called a cab if I thought I was unfit to drive. And I found out later from my lawyer (a friend of my dad's) that a lot of people are getting caught out - They say that a couple of glasses with a meal are OK, but a lot of restaurants now use much bigger glasses, and so two of those are the equivalent of three or four of the old size...
