Whenever I have a hard time falling sleep,I take Passionflower. It's a natural herb with no side effects. And when you wake up in the morning, you don't feel groggy like you do with medications.

Monique did say she was really busy with stuff...... And I know how you feel, Greg - I've had a cold the past few days, and I've been feeling totally knackered!!! It is really weird, I've been getting lots of sleep, but it isn't helping one bit! I find it really easy to go to sleep (except when it is hot), when I stop thinking of things of course. Our weather isn't as good ATM. My favourite type of weather is a really fresh day, with a cool breeze and the sun out. It is just cold, rainy and miserable. However, it feels really cosy at night in the lounge, I keep thinking it is Christmas!

My family??? Well, everyone is pretty much OK now. My brother and my b/f are both busy with their Ph.D's, my dad has just started another contract, so he's going to be busy with that for the next few months, my mom is keeping herself busy with all the stuff she does, my sister is about to start back at work, and her hubby is working hard in his job in NYC......

How is she doing hon...? She's coping with it - she's still not back to being her usual self, and still keeps having the occasional bad day where she has a bit of a cry and stuff like that, but she's hoping that going back to work will help take her mind off what happened. And Lozza - yeah, I guess we probably are! My dad went to university straight from school, and then did a masters a bit later on. My mom didn't go to uni, but did a degree with the Open University to pass the time while she was stuck at home being a housewife. My sister did a business degree before going to work in NYC, my brother has done a degree, a masters and now his Ph.D., my b/f has done the same, and now I'm at uni as well......

Weather - cold leaves everywhere Sleep - I usually sleep like a log, but i have not been sleepily well, recently late nights doing uni work till 11pm. My tip for a great sleep hot bath or shower with lavender, camomile essential oils, also hot or cold mug of milk, helps me very time Family - Dad in Asia, mum tired and is getting a cold, brother -well that is a different story Jo - wow, you have a brainy family mine is similar Dad degree and PhD(he did his part time whilst working for a London brewery), mum degree and has worked for 20 years, brother degree and PhD(still studying), his fiance degree and PGCE, aunt degree.
